The third and final Preparatory Committee (PrepCom) in the current review cycle for the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) began today at UN Headquarters in New York. Government representatives delivered their countries’ “general debate” statements and non-government representatives engaged in several interactive panel discussions throughout the day.
